My Story.
After more than 20 years as an executive in the financial services industry, holding roles as Chief Risk Officer, senior executive and board member, I decided to share the knowledge, experience and expertise I have gained throughout my career focused on leadership, employee development and coaching. In a sabbatical I wrote the book “Mastering Corporate Life – A guide to serenity and success at work” and afterwards founded my company “Corporate Life Mastery”.
During my corporate career, my many conversations with mentees, coachees, and employees have shown that it often does not take much for them to find their own way forward and feel they have a better, easier, and more purposeful life. I am passionate about helping others grow. My mission is to foster a more conscious workforce, enabling individuals to navigate the complexities of the business with greater awareness and effectiveness.
